Work-Study Program
**Available to Mauritius Students Only
At MCCI Business School, work-study is more than just a training model — it is a true gateway to professional success. Thanks to the Dual Training Programme implemented in partnership with the Mauritian government, students who are Mauritian nationals or residents of Mauritius can pursue a fully funded diploma while gaining practical work experience and earning a salary. This system offers the best of both worlds: learning a profession in real-world conditions while obtaining a recognized qualification.
Prestigious companies such as Accenture, Orange, Decathlon, and Gémo trust MCCI Business School to recruit and train their young talent. The results speak for themselves: nearly 90% of students secure a job within six months of completing their program, often with the company where they trained. Every year, the school trains hundreds of young people in diverse fields, including management, marketing, and IT.
At the intersection of theory and practice, the work-study program at MCCI Business School embodies a simple promise: to train professionals who are immediately operational, engaged, and aligned with the real needs of the job market.
